 &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Setengah kilogram daging Gandik &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 sendok teh ketumbar (Disangrai) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Gula jawa secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Asem secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Garam secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 sendok bawang putih &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Daging dipotong menjadi 3, rebus dengan sedikit garam sampai agak empuk. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Potong lebar&amp;#160; dengan ketebalan sekitar 1 senti meter &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Pukul perlahan sampai daging melembar dan empuk (daging jangan hancur atau putus – putus). &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Taruh daging di wajan. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Bumbu – bumbu ditumbuk halus, cairkan dengan sisa air daging. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Tuangkan bumbu ke dalam wajan, masak daging sampai kuahnya habis, lalu goreng. &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;10 buah tahu ukuran sedang &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1, 5 ons udang &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 – 3 sendok makan rebung (bambu muda yang dicincang halus) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 batang seledri (Iris – iris halus) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 batang daun bawang (diiris halus) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 siung bawang putih (Iris halus dan goreng kering) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;5 bawang merah (Iris halus dan goreng kering) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Garam, merica dan gula secukupnya &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;BAHAN KULIT&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;1 Cangkir tepung beras &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 sedok makan tepung Maizena &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 Sendok teh ketumbar (Disangrai) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 siung bawang putih &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;5 butir kemiri &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Garam dan santan secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Minyak untuk menggoreng &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Tahu dicuci lalu digoreng sampai agak ering dan berkulit tebal. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Buatlah guratan pada salah satu sisi, keluarkan isinya. &lt;/li&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;1 Ekor ayam &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;6 buah cabai merah &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 siung bawang putih &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;6 bawang merah &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 potong jahe &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 sendok makan garam &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Air jeruk nipis (Jeruk limau) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Minyak goreng &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Bersihkan ayam kemudian potong menjadi 8 bagian (Tentatif) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Bumbu – bumbu ditumbuk halus, ambil setengah bagian &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Bubuhi 2 –3 sendok minyak dan sedikit air jeruk, kemudian aduk hingga rata dan oleskan pada ayam. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Ayam didiamkan sekitar satu jam &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Sisa bumbu ditumis sampai harum, lalu tuangkan sedikit air. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Masak sampai airnya habis dan bumbu mengeluarkan minyak lalu angkat. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Panggang ayam di atas api arang sambil dibolak – balik sampai setengah matang, letakkan di talenan lalu pukul – pukul supaya dagingnya empuk. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Panggang kembali hingga matang. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Asam secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Minyak kelapa &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Cabe, bawang dan garam ditumbuk kasar &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Udang dikupas bersih, diberi guratan sedikit lalu buang kotorannya. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Asam dan garam diulek dengan sedikit air, masukan udang lalu aduk hingga rata &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Diamkan kira – kira satu jam, goreng sampai kuning lalu angkat. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Tumis bumbu yang telah ditumbuk dengan minyak sisa menggoreng udang. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;air jeruk nipis secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Minyak goreng secukupnya &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Daging kambing diiris tipis sebesar ibu jari. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Bumbu ditumbuk halus, tumis dengan 2 – 3 minyak goreng. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Saat bawang sudah agak kuning masukan daging aduk hingga beberapa saat. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Tuangkan 3 – 4&amp;#160;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;10 tahu ukuran sedang &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 batang pete &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Seperempat kilogram kacang merah &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;5 cabe hijau &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 cabe merah &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 biji kluek &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;10 bawang merah &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 siung bawang putih &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Garam secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Gula merah secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Terasi secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 potong kencur &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 potong lengkuas &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 Potong kunyit &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 lembar daun salam &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 Batang sereh &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Minyak secukupnya &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;CARA MEMBUAT&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Tahu dipotong empat lalu digoreng. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Kacang merah direbus sampai matng. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Cabe merah dan cabe hijau diiris – iris. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Bumbu lain ditumbuk halus lalu tuangkan air secukupnya. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Masukan tahu goreng, kacang merah dan pete yang sudah dikupas dan dibelah dua, cabe merah dan cabe hijau serta daun salam. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Didihkan dan kecilkan apinya. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Masak dengan api kecil dan panci tertutup kira – kira 30 menit lalu angkat. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ol&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;
